Looking for someone to take over my lease at Castle Rock at Denton. Located less than two miles from the UNT campus and is on the complimentary school bus route. The apartment has three bedrooms, two are filled with one of them being occupied by myself. The roommate is a very quiet guy who keeps to himself. I am trying to move out because I need to move back to California to help take care of my mother due to some unfortunate medical conditions. The apartment complex just recently got bought out and the new owners are investing three million into the apartment complex in updates. Honestly if I did not have to go take care of my responsible I would stay because the new updates are going to be nice. The owners are advertising large screen TVs for all units, three dog parks, and some other cool stuff in addition to the club house which has a gym and tanning room, as well as a pool. Its 540 a month plus roughly 20 bucks a month for electricity. The complex covers the first 40 of electricity and then each tenant is responsible for the rest which is normally like 20 a month. If you can help me out by taking over my lease youd be super cool. I was hoping to get out of my lease as soon as possible, preferably by the end of the month.
